  • Duplicate payments or accidental overcharges

  • Failure to deliver the agreed service due to internal errors or inability to complete the project

  • Service not initiated within the promised timeline and cancellation requested before commencement

  • Project cancellation by the client prior to the start of development (with possible deductions for admin or consultation costs)

Note: Refunds are generally not issued for:

  • Change-of-mind requests after service has started

  • Completed work, digital products, or project milestones already delivered

  • Domain registration, hosting services, or third-party products procured on behalf of the client

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must contact us within 7 days of the original payment with the following information:

  • Full name and email address used for the transaction

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Payment receipt or invoice reference

  • Any relevant supporting documentation

3. Processing Timeline

Once your request is reviewed and approved, any applicable refund will be processed within 7โ€“14 business days using the same method by which the original payment was made (where possible).

4. Project-Based Refund Notes

For custom projects (e.g., web/app development), partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed and expenses incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Unauthorized Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us first regarding any billing concerns. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to project termination or future service restrictions.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
