Each project may be governed by an individual agreement, proposal, or service scope document in addition to these terms.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration or service requests

  • Not use our site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable)

  • Abide by applicable laws and third-party platform policies

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in LKR unless stated otherwise

  • Payments must be made via authorized gateways

  • For fixed projects: advance payment of 50% is typically required to start work

  • For subscriptions or hosting: recurring payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions

Late or non-payments may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided. Generally, once a service has been delivered or a project has started, refunds are not issued unless agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All code, graphics, or content created by us remain the property of Vishrawa (Pvt) Ltd until full payment is received

  • Upon final payment, ownership of deliverables will be transferred to the client

  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality clause prohibits it

6. Hosting & Third-Party Tools

If you purchase hosting or other third-party integrations through us:

  • You agree to their terms of service and acceptable use policies

  • We are not liable for outages, data loss, or security issues arising from third-party platforms

  • We may suspend accounts for abuse, spam, or security threats

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or hosted services

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your access to our site or services without prior notice for violation of these terms
